About
So what's your story?
Here's mine:
In one form or another, I've been telling stories for nearly 15 years.
As a journalist across print and digital mediums, I've covered everything from the Ebola virus to campus sexual assault. You can find my byline at The Daily Beast, The New York Times, Pacific Standard, The Washington Post, and CNBC.
During the pandemic, I left a full-time media job and expanded to strategy and content. I've created content for lifestyle brands, crafted messaging and reports for nonprofits, and helmed a custom publication for the largest health care system in the Gulf South. I've also partnered with top-notch agencies including the Foundry, Contently, and Vox Studios.
In true Gemini fashion, I do best when I'm juggling multiple projects at once. I'm still advocating for gender equity at Chief, a network for women in the C-Suite, and I'm also gearing up to co-host Accelpro, a new podcast from Kaplan that helps professionals achieve their career goals.
If you know me, you know that my side hustle is my first — and true— love. My book reviews, criticism, and essays have appeared in Slate, at The Poetry Foundation and elsewhere. My weekly-ish newsletter offers a more personal view of my creative writing process.
I'm repped by Melissa Sarver White at Folio Literary — and yes, I always have a Moleskin journal in my bag with a novel-in-progress.
You voice is strong and bold. I'll help you shape it.
